Based in Gunung Putri, Bogor.
Purpose of The Job :
Reporting to HR & GA Manager, this position will hold responsibilities for managing Personnel Administration, develop SOP, establish effective Personnel information system, handling recruitment & selection process to ensure well organize Personnel Administration system and hiring the right person for the right job.
Key Rresponsibilities :
Personnel Administration
*
Administer personnel, compensation & benefit administration to ensure smooth administration and deliver good service to the management and employee
*
Ensure payroll process are done accurately and in time
*
Ensure all claim process are well serve and pay in time
*
Set up annual performance management process
*
Ensure execution of annual performance management process steps across various divisions as per schedule
Recruitment and Selection
*
Manage recruitment & selection process by establishing recruitment method and media, selection tools & method and evaluation system
*
Maintain and develop relationship with other factories
*
Manage sourcing process – coordinate with local community to introduce the company and work with local school to provide on the job training opportunity
*
Conduct selection process – conduct initial screening, interviewing, personality test and technical test
*
Conduct programs New Employee Orientation
*
Ensure detail and comprehensive probation and contract renewal evaluation
Qualifications and Requirements :
*
Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management
*
5-7 years HR Supervisory in the factory experience (Garment manufacturing will be an
*
advantage)
*
HR Generalist who have overall HRM knowledge
*
Have experience in managing and establishing effective Personnel Administration
*
system/process
*
Have experience in managing and establishing effective Recruitment & Selection
*
system/process
*
Strong people and communications skills; possess the ability to report and communicate at
*
all levels within the organization
*
Have knowledge in HR Information System, Developing SOP, Personality and Psychology
*
test, BEI would be an advantage
*
Essential to have good office computer skill with experience to calculate salary increment,
*
Incentive, bonus scheme and other compensation & benefit calculation
*
A high level of initiative is essential, along with the ability to manage team and coordinate
*
Internally during an HR development/ implementation initiative
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to see talent
