infrastructure rental company with an aggressive future expansion of
our existing and future construction of Rent Repeater devices and Base
Transceiver Stations infrastructure, invites you to be a part of our
team for the following position:
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
(Jakarta Based)
ACCOUNTING MANAGER Post Date: 20 Mar 09
Requirements:
*
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/
Finance from reputable university
*
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
*
At least 4 years of working experience in the accounting field,
experience in budget development and preparation of financial
statements knowledge of general and cost accounting; knowledge of
computers and experience in computer conversions, including the
ability to operate accounting software
*
This position requires the ability to interact with all types of
people. Must be able to get along with co-workers, customers, vendors,
and visitors to the facility. This position requires the ability to
respond politely to all individuals and work well as a team player.
*
Able to cope to under-pressure working environment.
Responsibilities:
*
Reconcile all general ledger accounts, monthly rental receipts,
and all other accounts
*
Prepare all event settlements
*
Prepare monthly and annual P & L and other operating statements
as required
*
Assist in budget development, review and rolling forecast
updates as required
*
Review closing of sales journal
*
Coordinate tracking of equipment/service contracts and/or
warranties for equipment and furnishings within the facility
*
Monitor in-house concessionaire contracts and reconciles those
accounts monthly
*
Act as Manager on Duty as needed
*
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
