Strong and proven negotiation skills with a capacity to manage
cost reduction targets

Should have a good understanding of the garment industry /market
so as to be able to value add to the design capabilities

Should be capable of analysing the suppliers products and
providing them suggestions for innovation.
* International exposure preferred
*
In addition the candidate should be dynamic , positive and
posses a high level of integrity
Should be computer conversant and exposure to working in an ERP system will
be an added advantage.
